Jill, you did it!!! Your site is great! Wow. I am so impressed. I love your graphics, as well as your photos. And your logo is very good, too. You are, indeed, up and running. Good job.

Hey Jill!

I like your site a lot! Who designed and set it up for you? I'm a fan of the photos as well. What are you shooting with these days?

hey Jeremy,

we've kinda lost internet at home, so Jill hasn't really been able to get on the blog. To answer your questions, Jill designed the site herself on her Mac. She used a program, iWeb, to design it and then uploaded and hosted it w/godaddy.com.

Hi Jill,
It's always nice to meet another Nordstrom kindred spirit.
Hey, sorry it's taken me so long to respond. I've been away from the Internet for the past little while.
Anyway, we love living in the D.C. metro area. We live in Arlington, in the Pentagon City area. We love our location because we are a couple of blocks from the metro (and the mall), but it's extremely expensive ($1,700/month for a two bedroom apartment in a 60-year-old building with a communal laundry room and noisy upstairs neighbors). We are looking for somewhere cheaper, but everything is only about $200-$300 cheaper and far away from work and metro stops. We figure since we only have one car, it's a better deal to just live closer in.
I have heard that Alexandria is much cheaper than Arlington.
Long answer to a short question, huh?
Anyway, when your move gets closer, I can help you look for something if you have a price range and you kind of know what you are looking for. I've spent a lot of time looking for new places to live.
Keep in touch,
Megan Roe
