Graduating Preschool!!?

This year flew by! And Joey loved every second of it! She made the cutest friends and had the nicest teacher and in true Joey fashion smiled through all of it! Field day of course was a fun way to celebrate and getting to say goodbye to her favorite teacher Jaclyn, whom Joey bought two lipsticks for has her going away gift and gave her three silly bands. It was such a fun year and we will definitely miss the kids, high school and preschool both!

My Boys

There is a serious bond between these two. Maybe it's because they look so much alike. Or maybe it's because they spend hours together in the nursery on Sunday. Or maybe it's just because he thinks his dad is the coolest guy ever. Either way, I love it!

Father & sons campout

The highlight of the trip was Saturday morning about 30 minutes after
I'd gotten up and l unzipped the tent to see if Jackson was still
asleep to find that he'd climbed out of the pack n' play and was
sitting on my bed watching Thomas on my phone. He just looked at me,
pointed to the pack n' play and said 'out'

Girls Night Out!

It was the annual father sons camping trip this week so Joey and I had a girls night out with our girlfriends! And of course it wouldn't be a girls night with out a big hurray, like piercing ears!!! Joey asked I said yes, and than a few minutes before I tried to talk her out of it! But to no avail, and so my beautiful daughter has holes in her ears and blue flower daisys to show off!

I think I'm a bit tired

A normal parent lives vicariously through their kids, right?

Put me in the zoo, I think I'd fit right in! Don't you?

We took the drive and went to the zoo! Three moms and seven kids and one heck of a good time! We only made it to about half and had to call it a day! But we enjoyed the zebras and flamingos, elephants and apes! Jack was actually so scared to stand by the gorillas even though they were the only ones he was excited to see! But one I put him in his stroller he relaxed and started to like them. They were huge and so fun to see! Don't worry lions and tigers and pandas, we'll be back to see you soon!

We had our first taste of summer on Monday with a hot day at the park ad a sunburn to go with it! It was so much fun and after the kids were begging for more nice days. So I guess I'll say it, rain rain go away! We want to go outside and play!!

An Easter Day

The day started with a beautiful dress and a very dapper suit and it ended with lots of friends, mud, food and fun! Happy Easter!

K I T E

Today we went to the kite festival next to the Washington monument. It was so fun! We went when Jack was a brand new baby and he spent the whole time in his stroller while Joey ran crazy having fun. Two years later and it was the same scenario! Joey going crazy flying a kite and jack making himself a fort in the stroller with his blanky:)

Awesome Blossom

Off to ride the train, fight the crowd and have some fun! Thanks to bffs the day went better than could have been expected! Thanks for the trees Japan, they are beautiful!

Joey's first talk in primary

Wouldn't Be NY

With out a trip to American girl! We all ventured out bright and early on Saturday, even pas and Scotty came. To which Scott exclaimed this is my nightmare! But Joey and I had a good time, I mean come on, look at her smile!

Chillen in the Hood

We braved Philly for the second year in a row and had a good time! In the hotel that is! I couldn't keep the kids out of the pool so that is pretty much all we did. Just the way we like it!

My 28th

I celebrated my 28th year of birth like this, and there is nowhere else I'd rather be.

A Bunch of Monkeying Around

What's better than getting to fly all the way across the country to see the people you love the most? Nothing, unless you could live next door, that would be sweet! The kids had a blast! Jo got to idolize Kay, fight with Austin, worship Tucker and hug on Coley! Jacksy got to play tag and climb ladders, ride in Jeeps and strip with Cole! I got to get new teeth, watch my sis sew me clothes and have make overs with little girls! All in all, I'd say we saw it all! Love you Howeys!

New BFF

Yes! Joey napping and hugging her new American Girl Doll Kit! All I can say is, totally worth the drive, the time, the crazies, for the look on my girls face when she opened it! Yay!

Talking in threes

Whenever jack gets bored or has a question he asks three things, mama? Dada? Pupa? I could not for the life of me figure out what the third thing was... Turns out it is his puppy, he loves it!

Wishing it was summer!

We have been spending two days a week at the pool for Joeys swim lessons. It has made us all wish summer would come a little sooner! There's nothing like walking outside after swimming to 30 degree weather. Brrr!

A Wintery Treat

Daddy was cool enough to surprise us with a trip to coldstone today! He has been workin like a dog so the kids were thrilled to see him, and have ice cream too!
